The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 212 An                      
Act authorizing the commissioner of fish and game to award grants              
for certain resource activities; and providing for an effective date           
and recommended it be replaced with                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 212(RES) An Act                                        
authorizing the commissioner of fish and game, with                            
the concurrence of the Board of Fisheries or the                               
Board of Game, to award grants to protect,                                     
maintain, improve, or extend fish or game resources                            
of the state; and providing for an effective date.
